The Borderlands 3 Infinity Pistol packs a lot of power. It’s not easy to find, and is unfortunately a random loot drop. But, there are ways to increase your chances including farming locations and loot caves.

We managed to get this Vladof legendary pistol pretty early on in the game, maybe a bit too early. At Level 9, our Infinity Pistol was the first drop from the Loot Boxer slot machine in Moxxi’s bar on board the Sanctuary – a rare occurrence. Not to rub salt in the wound, but it meant this gun expired really quickly, and we didn’t get to use it on any of the main bosses or tougher fights around the map.

Similar to Borderlands 2, the Infinity Pistol has infinite ammo, one mag size, no reload, is highly accurate, and has an impressive fire rate. There is a Borderlands 3 anointed version that is specific to Fl4k’s skill Gamma Burst and grants 65% bonus radiation damage when the action skill is active. The welcome return of the Infinity Pistol in Borderlands 3 means clearing out enemies quickly, efficiently, and without spending a dime on ammo.

Best way to farm the Infinity Pistol in Borderlands 3

A simple Borderlands 3 glitch causes Moxxi's slot machines to pay out 10x cash, making them a very easy farm for legendary weapons and mods. Fewer chests, less loot from Uniques (Purples), but huge Legendary drop rate buffs coming to Rifts and Gambling. Travis Day offers his dev-otions: A series of hotfixes will be deployed today making more adjustments to overall reward structures within the game.

There are few loot hot spots when it comes to farming, but none of them will guarantee you the Infinity Pistol in Borderlands 3. So, unless you get lucky at the slots, it’s not likely you’ll discover this gun until one of the final bosses near the end of the game, or until you can play at Mayhem Mode, which boosts your chances of grabbing a legendary.

If you do want to try farming for the Infinity Pistol, Loot Tinks are always generous droppers and can be found in the Servant’s Lift area of Jakob’s Estate on Eden-6. When you enter this area, cross the small wooden bridge and a Loot Tink will spawn 100% of the time, and you’re guaranteed some good loot. There’s a respawn point next to the bridge, so if you don’t get the loot drop you’re looking for, then you can simply go back to log out and log back in again to reset the area.

Even if you don’t get the Infinity Pistol in Borderlands 3, farming bosses and the Loot Tink increase the chances of other legendary weapon drops in Borderlands 3 – we managed to get a few.

Guardian - Bonus Stats: It may be that the values on the editor are out of order, that a value belongs to a different stat than the editor says.

Super Damage: Toggle on and most things die instantly. If you are using a vehicle, it will also destroy instantly, so turn this off for vehicle missions. This may also affect your pet to die quickly.

Fast Skill Cooldowns: Toggle on and many skills when finished, you can use them again quickly.

No Iron Bear Weapon Heat: Toggle on for effect. May work with other weapons that overheat.

Easy Teleport to Set Waypoint: This powerful option, when activated, when you set a waypoint you immediately teleport to it!

Unlimited Vehicle Boost: Toggle on and many vehicles have unlimited boost.

Easy Open Golden Chest: Approach the Golden Chest, then toggle on and you can open it without keys.

Super Jump: While active you jump 2x as high which can be customized after trainer activation.

Super Movement Speed: While active you move much faster which can be customized after trainer activation.

Adjust Item Level (Requirement) To Player Level: While active mouse hover the item to adjust its item level (requirement) to your current level. This is permanent and stays even when restarting the game. Just make sure the game saves after you changed the levels.

Toggle Fly Mode: While active use WASD to fly around.

No Clip: While active you can walk / fly through walls. You really should activate this only after enabling fly mode.

Game Speed: Toggle on to speed up the game.

Kill Pet: While active your pet health stays low. In order for the pet to die you have to let him hit once by an enemy.

Increased Legendary Drop Rate: While active the chance of receiving a legendary drop, IF it is an item drop, is increased. This however does not increase the chance of receiving an item drop.

Mute Hotkeys

To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well. You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

VR Mode

- HTC Vive

Click on the VR MODE button. Trainer options will now be drawn as buttons. Activate the trainer as usual with your keyboard. Put your HTC Vive on and when you are ingame press the MENU button on the hand controllers to open the steam overlay. At the bottom you can click on the DESKTOP button and you can easily press options on the trainer with your hand controller now.

- Oculus Rift

As of now the oculus has no unique input device and uses keyboard or xbox controller. Both are support by the trainer already.
