The I-95 South Bound tamp to Girard Ave is now CLOSED until Summer 2021. Consider one of the following two detours to get to Rivers Casino Philadelphia from the Betsy Ross Bridge & I-95 South:
- Take the southbound off-ramp at Allegheny Avenue
Turn left on Allegheny Avenue
Take an immediate right onto Allen Street
Turn left on Richmond Street to access Girard Avenue or Aramingo Avenue.

- Continue on I-95S towards Central Phila
Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 22 toward U.S. E/Independence Hall
Turn left onto Callowhill St
Turn left at the 3rd cross street onto N Christopher Columbus Blvd
Continue onto Delaware Ave
From Ben Franklin Bridge
Exit 5th Street. Turn right on Spring Garden and left on Delaware Ave.
From I-76
